Lapitec® at Kitchen and Bath Shanghai for first time

27 to 30 May, Hall N2 - Stand A65

Full body sintered stone makes its debut at the Chinese fair dedicated to the world of kitchens and bathroom furnishings: a strong signal which underlines the importance of the Asian market for Lapitec® and confirms the Italian company's strategy of strong growth on all continents.
The focus of the event will be the use of the material in kitchen applications. The aesthetic and technological features of sintered stone will be highlighted, also through partnerships with companies which, like Lapitec®, are iconic “Made in Italy” brands the world over.
Taking centre stage will be an Arrital kitchen, with a worktop in Lapitec Nero Antracite in the Satin finish, where each day an Italian chef will use the kitchen for a series of cooking demonstrations: Lapitec® therefore becomes an element of furnishing and style, but first and foremost a usable and high-performance material. Alongside this will be two monoliths that complete the kitchen: the first produced with the Lithos finish, in the Arabescato Michelangelo nuance, accompanied by taps, fittings and sink by Gessi, another “Made in Italy” icon; the second is a module in Bianco Assoluto, with the Satin finish, which houses integrated Orion sinks created by Lapitec®, along with taps and fittings by Gessi. A thickness of 30 mm has been chosen for the tabletops, with a delicately veined Arabescato Michelangelo Lux finish.
Lapitec® also provides the interior claddings for the stand, in keeping with the versatility of a material which can be applied to kitchen surfaces or worktops, and as a covering for large surfaces, both internally and externally. For the flooring, in fact, the Velvet finish has been chosen in the colour London, which is Lapitec’s proposal for interior claddings. In addition, the walls of the exhibition space are all entire slabs – with planar dimensions of 3365 x 1500 mm – with the Lux finish.
The layout therefore evokes a domestic environment, where sintered stone becomes a unifying element for the whole house, creating a total look centred on style, aesthetic research and innovation.
